3. OUR REFUND POLICY

Since we sell software products delivered over the internet, we are unable to issue refunds once you have downloaded the product. You should carefully review the items in your shopping cart before completing an order to avoid any possible problems.
We do however issue refunds due to the following reasons:
 

1. Product Defects: Although we thoroughly test all our products before we sell them, in the rare case that you experience a technical related defect with one of our products, that our support staff is unable to help you correct, we will promptly refund your payment.
2. Non Delivery: If you were unable to download a product from the BestStainedglassPatterns.com website, or through the email download link, due to BestStainedglassPatterns.com related technical issues, we will promptly refund your payment.
3. Product not-as-described - In this case, a request is satisfied in agreement of both parties concerned. Sources available section is regarded here for final resolution. To prevent this situation every customer is suggested to check samples of each type of the product offered, before making the purchase. It helps to research the product's structure and try skills in template editing. 

Limitations
If you experience a defect with a product, we must be able to duplicate the problem on our end, to confirm it is a problem with the product and not with your software or web hosting account.

Request a Refund
A refund can only be requested within 30 days of the order date. If your request meets one of the reasons listed above, we will promptly refund your payment.

4. ANTIFRAUD CHECK

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
